   • Order online using our online order form.
2. Most orders will ship within 24 hours, Monday through Thursday, unless an alternative ship date is specified.
3. Please verify product availability when placing your order. Standing orders are encouraged to minimize order fulfillment time.
4. For same day shipment of available products, orders must be received by 12:00 noon, Pacific Time.
5. When placing an order, please provide the following information:
   • Your customer account number
   • Purchase order number (if applicable)
   • PML catalog numbers(s)
   • Product description and quantities
